★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller. For the price you pay, a lot better rooms are available in ber sarai for lesser rent.
P.S. you may not get your advance back. The owner goes abusive if you ask for your advance back. Also rooms may be booked only upto February

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord can threat you if you don't give extra money . please don't go there ever...... That's place is a trap. You can ended up with depression. That place is not good for students. My brother used to live there and the owner threatened him and take money from him with no reason at all.
You can see from the review section that all the students who actually live there are cursing landlord. In short that place is not for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The landlord is a thieving,conniving and unethical person. He doesn't provide service,he feeds off your helplessness. His business model is thus, he'll show you good rooms so as to lure you in but he won't keep his word.He'll give you bad ones lying that the room he showed are occupied. Doing so he can save the best ones as long as possible to lure more tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the worst experience in this hostel. The owner of this hostel is a third quality illiterate greedy person who has zero moral and no etiquettes. He unnecessarily charges very high amount for the room which are not at all worth it when considering a place like Ber sarai. He will deposit the security amount at first hand which he won't return. This fact is something that he won't tell you in straightforward manner. He won't even change a single tube light and or repair anything if something goes wrong. He would ask you to do it by yourself. The simple fact is his rooms are comparatively good compared to other rooms in Ber sarai, That's why people opt for it. I would suggest you to please choose rooms wisely. Try to avoid such stupid money thirsty landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't take room here . Landlord is very unethical. He will not give your security back. Please don;t get fooled by seeing the room. Small room's and very high price. Better to live somewhere else or you will realize later your big mistake. Genuine Review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally fake hostel, The owner of this PG takes money in advance and never allot the room nor give your money back. i lost my 2000rs, which I gave him as advance to allot me a room, he also threatened me. Please don't go there and get into trap of that guy, he is dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go for it only if you don't have any other options. Rooms are one of the best, but the landlord isn't that good. You will have to pay security at the time of admission, which won't get refunded, rather would get adjusted. Rooms rent is around 8000 without food, for a non ac room. For ac it's around 9000.
