★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bhim Nag sweetmeat Main branch is on Nirmal Chandra Street.Its best product can be considered is Kora(Hard)pak Sandesh.This product has a renowned history. Late Sir Asutosh Mukherji the then Vice Chancellor of Calcutta University used to collect & eat a heavy famous amount on his way back home at Bhowanipur.Bhim Nag has so many outlets with their family members.These are added with Son's, Grandson s etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a lover of sweets and I love exploring sweet shops.
Bhim Naag is famous for its shondesh and jolbhora.
Recently I visited the shop. Found the prices extremely high for the size of sweets. The jolbhora was prices at Rs 60 per piece which is way too much. The size was average, taste was sadly average and in the centre there was just some sweetened water with rose syrup.
I feel that this shop is running despite unjustified high price purely because of hype.
Will not be visiting in the near future.
