★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The designs are the same we have seen 2-3 years ago. There is no value for customer loyalty. If you want to sell gold taken from their own Jewelry shop they need 5 to 6 working days to credit the amount it seems. Overall my experience is pathetic after being a loyal customer for 5 to 6 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought bugadi gold and diamond earrings from Udupi branch for 13K. Thread damaged. Came to Rajajinagar branch for replacement, they didn't have replacement and had to buy gold and diamond bugadi earring for 52K.
Now that also broke.
Two poor quality earrings bought from two different branches and both damaged.
Hard earned money wasted. Be careful of Bhima!

They don't have Jomala patterns of chains. Staff are nice, they ensure you stay in the store for more duration with generous servings of Water bottles and Coffee/Tea . Just below Rajajinagar Metro station.
Adequate parking space for a few cars right in front of the store. Bikers will have a stand to hand their helmets too.
