We need to spend a lot of time in discussion and to carefully analyse to get the real discount on the hefty marking charges and also they add GST on making charges also. Ideally GST should be paid on real gold ornaments value only. In other places we have not paid GST on making charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeweller is not experienced as they not at all creative and can't even copy a design when given pics and videos of the desired ring. Tend to charge you more but putting additional gold without asking and also charged me in name of correcting what they made it wrong in first place.
Pathetic still to explain charges and high making cost, without fulfilling customers requirements. Making cost should be claimed high if you have good workers to make gold ornaments as told by customer and not by maker. Unskilled workers for make gold design and had to visit at least 3-4 times for explaining them. Money is paid to get jewellery what customer want, not for what u make.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this jeweller (Sri Ganesh Diamond & Jewellery). Please find some good jeweller, as these are no good than small jeweller shop you find in your locality.
Addition: Not even a year and pearl just like that fallen out and have lost it which costed 3k with saying so called clear white pearl is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very pleasant experience. The staff is quite supportive. They are friendly and helpful. The service is pretty fast.
The designs are quite unique. Whatever gifts We have bought have been liked by everyone. I've never come out of the shop empty-handed. Whenever I visit that place I have ended up buying something and have always found what i wanted.

Changed for the better I always like to buy jewels from here and also have suggested to my family and friends too. Their hospitality too good and all their staff very courteous and even the owners and now the younger generation also have become professionals. Good luck to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the store last evening to buy ear stud and hangings for our grandchild. One sales woman made us go here and there and finally after half an hour when we approached hershe whispered to the other sales woman to say that they don't have the ear studs we wanted. They actually had them but were not interested to show us since the items were not of great value to them...this type of customer service is very humiliating!!! We were a regular customer to this store, after this incident we will not go there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this store for the first time and the experience was really pleasant. I bought the bangles I wanted and found the design for them very quickly. I could complete my selection for the bangles within 15 mins and the sales associate Lakshmi was very smart and understood my design requirements very quickly and showed the right design.
The owner Manish was very friendly and answered all our questions and responded very politely. Overall we had very good experience and we were very satisfied with our experience and will come back again soon.

Design of each jewellery is very unique and elegant
Craftsman ship is also very nice . For less weight also we get nice designs . Came to buy bangle but took whole set. Even we can sense positive vibes in the store
