I have taken this service for my grandmother who is a dementia patient .. .the care taker bharti from bhn has done a very good job... After their serive we have seen improvement in my grandmother
Will recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Company. Dont fell prey to them. They will take Advance booking Payment giving false promises. Will ask you to pay in GPAY account of some Sambhavna. They will send many profiles but none of caretaker will come. After taking money neither they will send Caretaker nor refund the monies. Sambhavna tells speak to company after taking money personally. Deepak & other guys dont respond. After days n days of followup they will send worst substandard caretaker. Caretaker will come and tell he has zero paisa & so give money for Rick. Since rick is standing in front of your house, u have to bear that too. Also dont expect any refund. Managers are worst. Even after complaining, they dont take any action. Following up since days for refund. Caretaker who came after followup are so substandard. He had not taken bath since days and smelly. Told to take bath at my house. Will come n just sleep. U have to be behind them to do each work. There are other good Care services available on Google so pls ensure dont go through these people and loose your monies.
HORENDOUS SERVICE. CHEAP PEOPLE. FRAUDSTER......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst possible experience. I needed 24x7 homecare for 20 days for my father after he underwent neurosurgery. The person who was sent by the company was rough in handling the patient, spent the whole day and night either talking on his phone or sleeping, and took advance money from me. After 7 days, when I was at the hospital with my father, he decided to leave without notice and harassed and threatened my 80-year-old mother for money and tried to steal money from my house. We were able to make him leave finally after speaking to the company and saying we would call the police but now he is constantly harassing me with calls throughout the day. I appreciate the company's intentions but they need to take responsibility for their caretakers' behavior and actions when we are paying them a good amount per day for quality services. Overall a very negative experience. I would advise anyone availing their services to be very careful about the caretaker sent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a Caregiver for my granddad who needs support due to Diabetic Neuropathy.
Came across BHN and was communicating with a girl named Priyanka.
She has been in regular touch and very helpful.
One caregiver was assigned but didn't turn up after 2 days without informing, during this time Priyanka was helpful and helped me arrange a new one immediately .
He is coming on a daily basis and is pretty good .
Also for any difficulties Priyanka has been helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my aunt at their Amboli centre for her post surgery care and she was smitten by the service provided by the caretakers..that we hired their nurse for her at home post the stay at the old age home. Would definetly recommend to anyone in need. Its a value for money.
