I had requested for a doctor home visit for my dad who is bedridden. They initially scheduled a time in afternoon, later moved it to evening only to be told before the scheduled time that the visit was canceled due to unavailability. Do NOT trust them for any emergency situation. I lost a day before I could arrange an alternative. They didn't help either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience with Portea Medical each time we have contacted them. They take a booking or request, promise someone they will come , be it for blood test sample collection or care taker for the elderly. But on the day of requirement they have ditched each time. This is not acceptable from anyone who is in the medical services field. Don't recommend Portea at all!
Wouldn't give them 1 star also.

No customer connect and no response from customer support.. Thats now how you run Healthcare business for sure. POR1505399 is the portea id

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment today for physiotherapists, was not satisfied with the service so contacted their chat support which is of no use as they provided no support. I asked them what is experience of the doctor they provided and the chat representative said, they cannot disclose this information, I amazed to hear this from them as today on internet we find experience of every doctor and in all health application also we can find the same. I think it's my right to know the experience, infact Portea should send this details well before.
