★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a home visit check up for blood report which was on time with in 1 hour prior call and provided fast report, Staff was polite and humble to do the needful, and mainly it has lower price then others diagnosis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Guys trust me just like you I searched on google and went to this place. The two young girls at the reception think they are oversmart and they are the doctors and give useless excuses and waste your time. I went to do 2D echo and colour Doppler of heart'. The doctor saw the patient ( my mom) did the necessary things and Just left in 15 mins without even informing us. When ever you ask some imp questions to the girls after the doctor left, they just say the same thing again and again that ( He is a specialist doctor and he has other things to do. ) LOL like yeah we are also spending 2500-3000rs just to get this service from you guys . It's a case of someone's HEART and this clinic doesn't care at all. I strongly recommend don't waste you precious money, time, efforts and your day at this place! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reports of the test done take longer than expected waiting period, moreover, no proper information or update is given on the reports when contacted the reception/doctor, only vague answers, most of the times the calls are unanswered, other friends of mine received their reports the same very day, I haven’t got any update on the reports it’s been more than 48hours now since the test was taken, I had been given a tat of 12-36hours. Very disappointing service. The least we expect is proper information or update on our reports, if not on time.
