★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place. The RMO Dr. Ajay is a stupd fellow. He doesn't know how to treat patients. My mom who is critical was supposed to be admitted there. But the dr took 3 hrs for coming out and consulting us. Then we he got to know our case he told give me 5 mins and was in his cabin for moe than half n hour. When we went in he was treating some other patient. Idk how can be a doctor so stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultra expensive considering the facilities. Donot go if there is a surgery planned.as they don't have basic facility of wheeled stretchers. The critically ill patients are moved around the hospital and from ground floor to 1st and 2nd floor using fabric stretcher which is extremely dangerous for such patients and can risk their life. I am shocked how BMC has approved it. Of you don't believe me go an check with your own eyes. Plus there is no hospital specialised lift, the life available is the usual building lift, just image the pain a bed ridden patient will have to go just to get in and out of the hospital. The lift can accommodate only wheelchair. A complete no go and exorbitantly priced hospital.

Hospital has quite protocol base working
Patients and staff adhere to hygiene as a standard care
One of the hospital where emergency care is available for 24/7.
Good number of resident doctor for patients.
Owner himself looks after the health care of patients
Almost all specialist are visiting here
I rate this hospital quite high of health care to people of ghatkopar.

Only step is there,
you have to lift the patient and shift by hand at 1st floor
Rmo doctor is there in hospital but they dose not have that much knowledge
Only billing dipartment and housekeeping department work smoothly
billing dipartment tacking proper follow up for payment but did not give you bifurcation of bill on time wich we have to submit to the Mediclaim company
Staff including on duty sisters and rmo doctor is not taking proper care
Please do not come here until you have other options
If you want to admit thane also bring four havy men who can lift ther pateint because there no wheel chair access

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, charged for unnecessary medicines, staff never on time, work is always delayed. In short *bakra aya he lut lo*. Now even i doubt for revies with 5 stars, seems half are staff of same hospital. I wish i could give anything less than 1 star.

Just in 5days he was recovered , Doctors, where very Attentive
Yes it is expensive hospital.
Management should consider, middle class patient also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my overall experience at Nulife hospital was pretty satisfying...many years back i was suffering from health issues..Dr Deepak Baid performed the necessary tests on me...he checked the reports...prescribed necessary antibiotics ...that treatment by Dr Deepak transformed my overall health and well being feeling fully fit & fine..and now regularly i take my mother for necessary tests & check up...Regarding about Dr Deepak Baid..he is a gem of a person, good listener, soft spoken, highly qualified medical practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service my ear was blocked and doctor was recommending me medicines band drops instead of removing the wax through micosuction and they themselves as surgeon basic treatment it is but still the doctor doesn't know.
