★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic pathetic service got the test done at 16th March at 8.00am in the morning was told that the reports will be delivered within 36 hours it’s already been 36 hours and they are now telling that it’s pending doctors approval and all and tell that it will take more 12-15 hours for that I don’t recommend suburban diagnostics at all pathetic pathetic service just go somewhere else you will have reports within 24 hours and service will also be good

Customer care follow ups too are very frustrating as they do not arrange any call backs or appointment to be scheduled. Kalina CST which is their main branch does only have basic tests. Please avoid suburban diagnostic. Not reliable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service...even taking morning first appointment of 8 am, we were there to see shutter down and locked till 8.30. Non professional staff. Even though providing doctor's prescription they dint put doctor's name in reports. For correction I have to call them on helpline no for more than 5 times. Then too till now no reply or correction.
They purposely put u on hold so that u get frustrated and hang up the call. Very very very non professional.
WORST Experience ever...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is rude. They do not even want to address customer queries. Its like you are visiting some govt office. Even after taking appointment they will make you wait and the wait time is not because they have patients lined up. Its just their staff that does not want to test you at that moment. I am really annoyed with the receptionist there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed to get our RTPCR tests done for admission into hospital and needed it as soon as possible. Suburban got the test done for us at 7:30 pm and ensured that the reports were shared well in time so that we could go ahead with the hospital procedure the next day. Impressed with their quick service.
