Reasons
1. Accurate diagnosis
2. Promote service
3. Both path and radio/ sonography services under one roof
4. Digital reports on whatsapp to both patient and refering doctor.
I find this most useful.
In Covid times you don't have to visit the Lab or the doctor again.
I can guide my patients directly on whatsapp on future course of treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.... I was told by the receptionist on call that the sonography would be done in half hour but I had to wait for one hour because of the other patients in the queue...I feel that they waste a lot of time even if the patient is fully ready for the sonography. Not recommended

Too much delay in providing test reports since they don't have their own lab & the customer service is basically non existent. They hardly answer the calls.
One can basically use this lab only as a last resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No value for patients time and problems... called patient to come by 9.45 am but doctor not arrived till 10.45 am. Seems as if government hospital. Front desk irresponsibly giving answers. Its 11 am... but no sign of doctor...

All the staff are very much op-operative.
My grandma condition was kept on degrading and urgently we want report and they have instantly given the report and helped us.
