So here is our worst shopping experience til date from Mystic, brand from GHATKOPAR EAST -mumbai
Run by Bhavna, who has the least sense in handling and maintaining any customer relations and should really get some sense of running her business.
So i happened to visit her store to purchase outfits for our functions and we bought 3 dresses. And our family has previously purchased 5-6 dresses priorly. Out of which one dress when worn the first time started to tear & stretched the very first time which showed the poor quality of her product as it came to my notice within hours of wearing it to a function.
When informed to her about it the very same time SHE COMES UP WITH THAT HER OUTFITS ARE TO BE WORN BY GRACE!!!!
Grace that she doesnt carry herself which is shown in her mentality.
So she has a mentality that everytime someone enters her store should buy and not go out without purchasing anything… nothing but just greedy & weak business skills.
She held on to the grudge of us not buying 1 outfit from her and came back to us saying we “hung out for 3 hours and bought nothing” which is clear lies. In fact we bought 3 dresses out of which 1 was damaged and returned to us after more than a month.
So wouldnt suggest any body to give #Bhav2Bhavna as she is just ill mannered, rude with zero customer handling skills.
Me & my family were her regular customers but this incident and her way to handle it has just disappointed and are never going to step in such a store.
Also no one is interested to “hang out” in her store. Please spend your money at a place that is worth it, this place is clearly not
And this is not only our experienece, Attached are other similar reviews of other customers as well… Wouldnt recommend to shop!

Mystic is not just a retail outlet, its a whole package of amazing collection & beautiful people who run it. One thing I also love about the store is that all their collection is handpicked, one of a kind & great quality. So glad to have such a modern store in this side of the city!

I just loved my experience while shopping just because Bhavna was around. She has all the patience and interest to handle a customer.

It’s been more than 7 years since I have been shopping from Mystic. Be it western or traditional outfit, they have one of the finest collection which is well curated! If you are looking for latest trends and something which is unique then this is the place to visit. I find their collection to be fashionable but not overly flashy.
The staff is well mannered and understands customer’s taste. Bhavna, the owner, herself takes active interest in ensuring that the customer is satisfied. She has a great taste which is well reflected in the store collection.
