★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional approach towards patients. I was supposed to undergo a Colour Doppler test. My appointment was at 4.00 pm on 02/03/21. It was rescheduled and the centre did not even have the courtesy to intimate me about the changes despite taking tow cell numbers from me. After I reached the centre for the test, I was made to wait for over an hour without any information. Despite of repeated reminders I was just kept waiting. After I argued about such unprofessional approach I was taken to the basement and made to wait for another 30 minutes.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FIRST AND TELL U JUST 5-10 MINUTES HIGHEST.
BUT AFTER THAT THEY R _ucking serious about your tests.
I Personally Recommend Don't Do Test here.
They are one of the best.
By Recommendation is They will take ur money and Then just sit there For 1-2 Hours and Waste your Time.
We Have a Appointment of 4.30 But The Doctor came late at 5.
They Told Us That we Have 1 Patient ahead now after half an hour they are telling no before you they have 4 more patients.
So be aware of your time.

Staff is pathetic gate boy is worst don't know how to speak with patients no social distancing no covid norms follow worst service
And that Gateboy is so worst why Nidan hire someone like him to insult your lab name
Will suggest never visit nidan rather go to bmc hospital
And they have their own condition that after insulting the patients they even say they will not do the test and said if you force they will give the wrong report
I just want to say after paying so much to them they behave like this worst lab nidan go to bmc hospital better then nidan waste of time waste of money and no respect of patients and there family members I don't want to come again in this worst lab Like nidan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely polite and sweet. My mom got injured while on the way to the lab and her toe was slightly bleeding. One of the female staff there asked my mom if she was okay and was so considerate that she even dressed the wound. God bless you guys!
