★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no system of giving minus or negative ratings here on google or I would have done that for this person. Totally unprofessional attitude of Mr. Manoj Daisaria. Doesn't have the courtesy to revert. Before appointing him for any kind of work, be aware that you will be made to run behind him for everything. Avoid him and his company at all costs.
Edit:- I just saw your comment on my review boasting about your company and it's standing and blah blah blah. You also said in your comment that you don't know who I am and this indicates your arrogance and also about how you behave with people. Success has gone to your head it seems. First learn to take criticism in a constructive manner instead of trying to degrade others. And I again reiterate that you don't have the courtesy to revert, period! First learn to be a good human being and then talk about anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold out unprofessional architect. He has messed up Nirmal builder's US OPEN PROJECT near Mulund station since 10 years. All his corrections get rejected by BMC till today every time for minor detailing which he and his staff seems to carelessly overlook. This project is now for 2 years under Shapoorji Pallonji builders is still at stand-still since day 1. They need to b punished accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible, I would have given 0 start to this company. For a project called US Open, in Mulund west. This firm has submitted CC application for more than 5 times now and application was rejected for poor quality, incomplete application etc. Due to this reason we have lost 2 years and the construction was completely onhold.
Many time our committ of allotees approched them but no satisfactory answer were given.
In fact multiple times they have requested our committee to help. Hope Dasaria and Associates will understand our pain and will submit the application with appropriate documents and requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While executing a project, it is extremely important to see how your relationship is with the architect. It takes 2 years minimum for a project and an architect’s office should give you the mental comfort. This is precisely the kind of office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This person calls himself architect and his plans and designs are flawed and gets rejected by BMC. For last 4 years I am watching him submitting his designs on US open apartment complex (Mulund) and getting technical rejections by EE / AE/ MC. 4 years ! yes, I guess his team is not qualified to handle such projects. This act has ruined my life and lot of others who booked the apartments in US OPEN just because the builder is unable to get CC due to poor designs submitted from 4 years !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M/s Dasaria Associates, a high profiled architect & design company, lead by Mr.Dasaria himself is stuck for over 10 years to get a project (US Open- Mulund East) cleared from BMC & MGCM. On RDC can imagine if the plans submitted by them are rejected over 20 times at different levels, how competent they are. Won’t recommend this architect to even foes & even if they pitch to do any work without any charges- because yes - they are incompetent.
