★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per history(6 th std history book) ,भोकरदन (Bhokardan) was a trade centre in Satvahana dynesty whose capital was paithan.
There was many caves which were sculptured including Ajanta,ellora Karle,Bhaje,Bedse,Lenyadri, Bhimashankar,Amba-Ambika, Bhutlinga,Tulja caves ,Shivneri caves and Bhokardan was one of them.And all are Buddhist caves..
But Unfirtunate Local people forgot there real buddhist history and accept superstitious story like culture.
