★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the biggest cheater.. specially there is Person by the Name of Robin (who has shown me rings specially). On 28th Nov I visited the store with my fiancé (would be) to check out the ring and we liked one in particular for the bride and they were ready to get it done in our budget. So we went home and discuss with family and very next day to buy the ring and guy denied that it can't be made in that price. He just wanted us to pay more and wanted us to loot. The kind of embarrassment I have faced I'll never forget and will not recommend anyone to visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Tried to have them make me a ring, they messed me around for months and months. Do not use this business to make any of your jewelry as they will not do it!! Waste of time, lazy business people and will never produce a product. Apparently they don't know how to Google UK ring size to Indian ring size, and that's why they can't make me a ring. This took two months of back and forth.

The staff has zero respect for its customers, has no patience to entertain or even answer the simplest questions that customer would ask. I had chosen multiple rings to buy and still the salesperson was rude when asked to explain price calculations. The manager of this branch is just as useless, when explained the issue with salesperson, the manager simply listened and did not even offer a simple apology.
I have shopped with multiple jewelry stores and this has been by far the worst experience where despite spending big bucks they place zero value and respect on to their customers.

I needed some urgent cash so thought of selling some gold .I sold the good to bholasons and got the Money 3 days late and th AA t also after repeated calls
The management said that the bank is closed whereas the online transactions like RTGS , NEFT and IMPS are always functional even on days like second October and 26 January..
I urgently need some money so thought of selling the gold but it was of no use because I got the money 3 days late and that also after begging for the money for which I had already given the gold to these jewellers...
They were good earlier when they were in Karol Bagh but with growth their services have gone down...
I hope their management improves their Payment procedure and make it Swift and hasale free for the customers who sell gold..
