★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudster shop. Once you purchase item and if it got defected later then they simply say it is not purchsed from there shop. BMC should shut down these type of fraud shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are one of the big looters in the market. I have visited there store and selected two sealing lights of Rs. 600 each. They said our electrician will bring these lights to your house and will fix it.
With this I left the shop and later two electricians visited to my house and fixed those two mount sealing lights.
I have purchased these two lights with 1 year of warranty.
Within 1 week one of the light stop functioning, when i called the shop owner Mr. Dinesh, he said will send someone for the repair. It took1 month for the electrician to visit and check the lights after many calls and visits to the store.
This is not finish yet, the electrician after checking the light said this company light is not what we sell. He took the light to the shop and the owner Mr. Dinesh simply refused to accept that these are there products.
On my investigation I found that those electrician who came to my house with those lights might have changed in between. However, as those electricians work for the shop owner the entire responsibility lies with the owner. But he simply refused to change the light.
When i asked where is your electrician, he said they have gone to there native place and don’t know when will they come back.
He also said these lights have not been purchased but luckily I have paid the amount from my paytm account and in the history I showed him the payment details to his very own paytm account but still he refused.
Such a fraud and unprofessional shop is running in the centre of Chandivali area opposite D mart.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP FOR ANY PURCHASE.
