★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Had order chappals from her from Delhi in September. Have still not received them. And she does not have the decency to call or follow up personally. How does it take 3 months to deliver chappals? I think they are just interested in taking money and not doing any business. Tired of calling
them again and again. We have to keep following up and the function for which we had asked order the item for will be over before they are delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only designer who iv disliked till date and i am not surprised seeing other people also facing similar problems with this rude designer who once after selling her piece talks to us as if we are her servants. Her collections is not that great nor is she famous or earned any name coz of her work ( For obvious reasons). So god knows why does she have so much air about herself.
Guys..save ur money .. and save urself from a hell experience. Not a kind of person who goes public with her thoughts but this time i wanted to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behavior from Bhumika herself towards clients and staff. Ordered a dress wanted the color as Matt but she gave me bright and insisted it is the same. On bringing it to her notice she insisted Me the customer is wrong and that she was correct. From the below pic it is clear it’s not the same shade. Now she is not refunding the money nor making a new piece. Cheap behavior does not know how to talk to clients and thinks she is correct all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is one of the best designers in the Shahpur Jatt. I have got my engagement and wedding lehanga from her and whatever she had committed, she even gave me more than that. Unlike other designers she is always present the store. I’m totally happy with my experience. Can’t wait to shop from her again ?

Her Lehangas are exquisite, elegant and very appropriate for all the occasion. She is sweet and also delivers things in time. Her rates are also reasonable compared to other designers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with this designer at all. My wife ordered a lehenga choli by this designer through Inida's Pop Up and was told she would receive it on time for a wedding we had to attend. Then two weeks before the shop told us that this designer would need more time. We told them now we needed it by April 1st. They then said they checked with the designer and it would be shipped out on March 23. Then on March 22 the shop contacted us again saying the designer was asking for a 20 day extension. So now my wife has to scramble to find something for a wedding and pay even more to get something here on time. The shop even checked with the designer before we placed the order in January to make sure we would get it on time. Very unprofessional! Will not order from this designer again!
