★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you value your shoots more than you value your customers it's really shameful. The store manager pushed us out of the store since they were doing a photo shoot at the same time. I don't know who gives etiquette training at this store but behavior towards customers with families and kids need improvement.
If you expect us to pay the price for your designer clothes then we bloody well can demand to be treated with more respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful store with so many gorgeous outfits to pick from. Besides that the staff at the store and the whole process of selecting an outfit was very easy and they mad eye feel veery comfortable. Staff were very patient and they accommodated to all our needs. Highly recommended!

I also love how the staff give you so much detail about everything in the store and work with you to find what they think you would like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All brides must come here for their bridal outfits. I made an appointment for my friend yesterday and the entire experience was exceptional.
They worked with her personally in creating a perfect look for her wedding day and took so much care in what she wanted. The staff are so well-rehearsed in the clothing and knowledgeable about what works best.
I wasn’t even a bride and I felt like a princess in that store so I can only imagine how my friend felt. The clothing is beautiful and so unique.
The whole appointment from start to finish was impeccable and I’m not even a bride but I want to buy something from them! Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took an order on a dress, identical to a dress in their store with just a few changes in the pattern and size. They made something entirely different and said that the dress in the store was an old piece, it was oxidised and said ‘it’s damaged and should not even have been in the shop in the first place’ then they said the new dress will look like the dress that was ordered AFTER A FEW YEARS. This was followed by them saying they will put the new piece in the sun and hope to oxidise it in a ‘few days’.
I think they made a mistake, their young sales person didn’t give all details at the time of placement of order, they should have just apologised and should have returned the money. Instead they are now asking for storage charges for the dress!
What an absolute waste of money, time and resources.
