★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth giving single star. Better to approach designers directly than going through the 'care to hoot' attitude staff. First they promised a customized dress, backtracked, then they promised an altered to size dress and delivered it without altering even a bit. Gave it back for alterations first week Nov. Called to check on status, it wasn't even touched yet!! Apparently those who have gotten their money stuck with them are no longer a priority. Still waiting for my dress. Don't fall for their promises. Just less Hassel to go direct.

I went with my wife for shopping Aza Altamount Road, aza is the brand you can blindly trust upon, their clothing line-up, varieties, collection, sales support, well professional but extremely supportive sales team is just unmatched.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aza in store experience was alright while showing products. But when it came to product delivery they will lie about product defects and quality and never accept any issues with the product.
For initial product pickup - I went in the store and found an issue that the staff denied is an issue. Once we called the manager they all agreed there is an issue apologized for denying it initially and gave all guarantees that it will be rectified - in writing. The product was then supposed to be fixed and delivered to my home but had tears and blue stains on it as delivered in standard packaging. I informed them as soon as I the package was delivered and they denied any issues and said (Roger) the product was quality checked before sending so we cannot help you. This could not be possible so I asked for proof and they said we do not need to provide you any proof. Their manager was on vacation for a week and when I called him (Intekhab) once he was back he said we cannot help you since this is a week old and said I dont want to stretch this and I cannot help you. He was not ready to listen and said he cannot help - which was absurd customer service.
If you do decide to buy from this store even after this review - please go and pick up your order in person and be prepared if there is an issue - they are trained to not agree and blindside quality issues.

If you are wedding shopping in the city or looking for good designer wear , you are at the right place. Always give a few days for alterations as they do take time for fittings and fresh orders. Sweet pieces of jewellery to match the clothing. Mens wear too.

She was really polite and caring and made sure to help us find exactly what we were looking for. She patiently assisted us for over an hour and coordinated with the designer to ensure that I got my outfit according to my specifications.

Choices were limited. You will not be able to see what they display on their online store. You just have to take a chance by ordering the stuff you will not be able to see and feel. Somewhat disappointed. Do not want to blame the local staff however for this, they were exceptionally good.
