β β β β β Worst bank ..they make u run from pillar to post and lie about submission of KYC documents. You say anything they say "Modi Government" and shoo you away btgey lie about your account transfers and the needful is never done . Don't trust them they will play with u and your account for reasons best known to them

β β β β β Pathetic service, not a single staff present in the bank apparently their lunch is more important all staff on lunch break at the same time. Extremely disappointed. Worst banking experience ever.

β β β β β Employees don't provide their mobile numbers. They provide only landline numbers which are never attended to. Not every time it is feasible for customers to visit branch for tiny things thst can be handled on phone or email.
Employees dont check emails received from customers. Even if they do, they don't respond to it unless demanded to do so.
Sad scensrio
Most of the times employees can resolve queries of customers on phone. However, employees need to rise to this understanding. Maturity in public service is missing.

Their only interest is to totally frustrate your banking experience. !!!
Do not use this branch ever and avoid this bank altogether. My worst experience !!!
