β β β β β Dealt with a very rude senior staff member when enquiring about open a savings account. She lied that in order to open an account I had to invest in many their products. She is the reason I wont return to this branch. Terrible experience.

β β β β β Terrible service. Wasted 5 weeks on attempting to open a business account. We gave every possible documentation and had to keep asking what was taking so long to which they kept giving excuses, so we finally gave up. They are dishonest, unreliable and not proactive at all.
