★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible store. Shocking behaviour by some great senior staff of the store.
We had purchased stuff of around 10000 during Diwali but some were not comfortable when my little one tried home. We were promised an exchange for same. Last evening when I went to exchange, encountered such behaviour from The floor incharge Miss.Jyoti which lead in shock. We had stock worth 5000/- to exchange so I started browsing and saw Miss.Jyoti organising stocks for sale. I asked the guy attending me about a piece which was put on discount stand and Miss.Jyoti replied don't chew my brain etc etc "knowing that client had asked the question".
On billing counter, I had some problem regarding policy so I again went up where I called the staff for help & Miss.Jyoti wanted all three staff to work on display instead of attending me. I was be made felt that I am.not welcome and a favour was done to me by exchanging. I asked for feedback which I never got from Mr.Sawant.
Boss you guys are not allowing trial,Exchange allowed only once and to top it such pathetic behaviour ???. In these times big brands are collapsing, this amazing service will definitely help the brand ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A man at ground floor told me you wouldn't get any clothes your size here. However the staff at first floor was courteous and helped with my shopping. I did get clothes my size...that's the reason all brands have s..m..l..xl sizes. Body shaming experience was totally sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good store but sometimes collection is very limited. I bought a kurta from there but it needed some alteration. They said alteration are done only in few stores so they told me to go to the vile Parle flagship store. It took me 30min to reach that store and their the person at the cash counter tells me that the tailor today has not come and they can't help me. I wish the Turner road people would have called and enquired my visit and time would have been saved.. such huge chains should arrange for tailor at every centre of theirs
