★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on 17th june 2019, i bought water tec washing machine tap. after 4 days my plumber came to my home to fix it and found that the tap is leaking. when i went to that shop immediately, they arrogantly said that it is my duty to call to the call center and wait for the response. they said recklessely that it is not their duty. i requested them to kindly look into the matter. while i was talking (not arguing) to the staff the owner came and harshly said to contact the customer care. iam posting the photo of the bill also. on the bill, even the shop name was not printed. they are intelligently bluffing the people by giving estimation slip on which they r stamping as 'PAID'.
most of the non-branded products in this shop are of poor quality including the flush tank which i have purchased (u can see it in the bill).
