★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They communicate well on phone.but they don't know hospitality. They work hard but doesn't respond quick enough to our queries. They just show us some printed content . That's it. we have to ask each and every question . The answer's are given un attend or with no interest. Which only contains half the info. Where we have to question again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review based on my personal experience about Garudavega dwarakanagar center. A few days ago my family members in Vizag went to Dwarakanagar garudavega center to send some items to USA. There were 4 masks packets in the items to ship. The person (who packs all my items) said that if we enter masks in the list of items then customs are taking them out during checking . And then they said that if we still want they will put them in the package. So, we told them to put masks also. After all the packing was completed they told us that we can add 1 more kg of items. So my family went out (they left all the items in the courier center) to bring 1 kg items. After came back my family did not check pervious items that are packed. After we received the courier in USA , out of 4 packs of masks we receive only 1 pack. We don't know where the other 3 packs are missed. If customs open the package and remove any items they always put letter in the box informing the same. We didn’t see any letter which means customs did not open the package.
So we suggested everyone to make sure to ask the courier guys to enter every single item in the bill to accountability these things.

Sad to say ,as this is my first experience and experienced was bad, unprofessional communication skills, 6kgs included box was not told , when asked,reply was you should have asked .and some 200 gms were excess and that was also not considered, the premises was not at all higen very very dirty and it was on first floor, imagine if some one is not able to carry few kgs coz of any health issues?Well I had come back without sending my package ? And more over I had to pay no parking fine ? ,so over all very bad experience will never go back to this service. Thank you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past two times these guys charged me for my 1kilo plum cake each time, but I never received them. The package is so intact, it feels like they didn't even put it in the parcel.
We paid around 1200 for the cake and additional 600+ for the kilo - twice.
First time, my dad didn't ask them immediately. 2nd time when my dad inquired, they asked for proof that I didn't receive.
These guys don't put a proper invoice even.
Did this company became a monopoly in Vizag?
Edit: we already spoke to those guys I guess. They said they wanted proof.
