Only thing was amenities area senda bit small for kids.. though it hasa swimming pool and those fancy slides and see saw stuff in place.

I have asked builder not to construct the kitchen but give me material required for that
but when flat was ready i asked him about material, he did not give that, so i asked him to pay me for that material as i have already paid full flat amount, Now according to his calculation cost of (sink + kitchen granite + kitchen tiles) is just 1800/- by this logic you can imagine the material quality used in whole flat.
you will not get any support from builder if you want to do some changes
all material used in building is of 3rd class quality.
