The road is very wide.It is near to Wakad Road,of Which left is Dange Chowk and Right side is Dutta Mandir - Wakad Chowk as well to PUNE - MUMBAI Express Way. Both Chowk Connects to Pune Main Town. Living at this apartment is very Comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good secured society having 12 floors with nice spacious flats. Although the society doesn't has a garden area or jogging track but the street in front could be used for jogging. Apart from this, all the other groceries and daily requirement stores are just opposite to the society Out Gate. Maouli is a famous snacks and breakfast tea shop there, fruits vegetables, groceries stores available, sweet shop, Fassos, electric items and hardware items shop, More showroom, Juice shop, pani puri stalls, Cheap and tasty Dosa stall.
All these available with not more than 2 min walk
