★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered and done the payment for an outfit the time I visited the store as my size wasn’t available and was promised by the staff that the outfit will be couriered in 2 days
On calling store for the same after two days I was initially told it was couriered but no tracking details provided inspite of repeatedly asking
Next day after that on having an argument got to know that it wasn’t couriered at all and the staff -named Mazhar, Dilshad were telling absolute lies regarding the courier and also refusing to answer saying they are busy with other customers
Finally had my money refunded after having heated conversation with the assistant store manager
think twice if you’ll are ordering them to get outfits of your size … better buy it online from their website

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Biba , this one place where big women can get pretty non maternal looking Indian wear. Some of their art jewelry have unique designs and even pretty footwear . Patient and polite staff. Big changing rooms . And the decor is nice .
