★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing . Disgusted by the behaviour of the staff. The staff and the owner was rude and least interested in showing sarees. They have no sarees on display for the customers to get an idea about what they want. When we ask them for opinions they bluntly reply by telling us the cost of their sarees. Anyways it’s their loss. Will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needless to say, amazing collection of sarees. A wide range of sarees both in terms of price and design. Weird sense of complacency and pride but it's a legacy store after all. Don't forget to take prior appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the staff is rude, arrogant and almost of a threatening nature.
They should get an agreement signed before displaying their “collection” that the following is to be followed-
1. Thou shall definitely buy sarees at the end of the appointment.
2. Thou shall not ask anyone else before buying the saree.
3. You have to be certain about your saree choice!
Else they will send you away and you will never be shown the same sarees again. (Their exact words!)
The store should better be converted into a museum if that’s how they want to deal with the people entering this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time we bought sarees we were happy. This time suddenly we were asked if we had an appointment. Doesn't matter. We managed to get admission (sarcasm intended) we bought 2 sarees & were planning for a 3rd one.
The lady, presumably owner asked us if we’d finished buying bcos someone else was waiting!! Who wants to spend time there unnecessarily ? Her hubby noted the insult & tried to patch up.
They are a boutique sari shop but need to communicate differently. Insult may bring sales initially. But Indians don’t tolerate insult in buying; Americans do. No wonder timeshares failed.
