★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The low rating is not for HM brand or its clothes but the for the local staff of this particular HM store at August kranti Rd, papanas wadi, nana chowk, mumbai. The local HM staff has employed local goons to move the 2 Wheelers of its customers from official public parking space to no parking areas so that they are forced to use the pay and park facility of their basement. This is happening with the connivance of the local store HM management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff help is pathetic..... no assistance atall for availability of size. Even their Air Conditioners don't operate . pathetic experience for shoppers. this behaviour will only end up the company losing its sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the staff do not have idea about which item is where. During billing the staff is supposed to remove the anti theft tag attached to the clothes but they did not do it and while leaving the store it rang . I had to wait for 10 mins for the same to be resolved even after making the full payment and still the same was not resolved.so would recommend every one to avoid this store.

While looking through the trousers,I wanted to know if they had my size in it so I asked the salesperson but instead of answering me he looked at his watch as if to say that "at this time". I did not like the attitude so I walked out.

They offer such a nice quality and options for mens, kids and women.I often buy clothes from H& M and the prices are very reasonable even staff is very supportive and decent.I never face any trouble to exchange the article or return.
I always walk out of the store happily.The quality of to clothes is awesome and I know it a lot.All of us bought many clothes. The rate as it is too good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M August Kranti stores is a two floor h&m that has men,women and kids section. The store has a variety of basic and party wear clothes it's a huge place, you need to carry your vaccination certificate and wear mask in the store(as of April 2022). The staff is friendly and the store is really well stocked so if you are a fan of h&m you can check this store out.
