★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, spoiled the expensive dress material I gifted to my girlfriend,they have not done minimum stitching of the waist fitting what was taken during measurements and kept it straight waist and had the audacity to handover half done work with a "sorry", this is after charging hefty amount we had to get it corrected by paying 30 bucks with a normal tailor.. Give me a break, these guys play with their names once they become famous, it was important to give A Feedback so they dont take customer for granted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place I visited ever.. 2years the lady took to deliver me a blouse.. And even after 10 alterations my blouse is not fitting.. Yesterday I got the blouse the cup size is too small.. And the fit is bad.. I can't ware this blouse Itz like throwing 1200 rupees in pond..
I am too much frustrated with Bibiyana... I will never recommend this place to any one.. .
Even after 2years.. yes 2 long years I received a product which I will have throw..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great designs but really terrible service - I picked up a dress that was too large and was told it could be altered. Instead of taking my measurements the staff just clicked pictures, despite me asking repeatedly if they wanted my measurements. Finally came all the way back to collect it a few days later and as expected the alterations were wrong and it’s still too large. Following which “estimated” measurements are taken and I was asked to come back again the next day. Really ridiculous practice and inconvenient, I had to cancel the order! Alterations should not be offered if the staff can’t take simple measurements.
