It is a good saree store with some interesting fabrics. But what is with the saleswomen? Are they not paid well? They are sullen and unenthusiastic. If you ask, they show you ONE saree! If you ask to see more they sigh and make faces! Even if you just ask to see just two or three sarees they seem angry and resentful! I am stunned at their sullenness β€” are they aware that they are SALESPEOPLE????? Maybe they are at the counter by mistake. Anyway, if you want your experience destroyed by angry salespeople go here. You will like their sarees but you will certainly feel embarrassed to ask to see sarees.

What is the use of having unique designs if the staff is so not pleasant. They are reluctant to even show the sarees. No smile what so ever. Sarees are over priiced. Not a good shopping experience.

The concept is good. The place too is good. But the shopping experience was not good. The prices are very high. One of the staff kept talking loudly on the phone..we could not hear the saleswoman speaking to us! The cut blouse pieces from the sarees kept falling and I spent half the time picking them up! The staff found it tedious to cross and come over to the other side of the counter. Overall not so good experience.

The attitude of the saleswoman was pathetic. You should always have a happy face and be willing to show the customer any thing she asks for and make them feel unwanted. She was really bugged on having to show us the different pieces that we wanted to see and quickly folded them back. Very bad experience

Trying to hold on to the legacy of a glorious past but unfortunately the collection failed me this time, on my visit after a decade. Sarees are overpriced by 300% and fail to impress... the curated designer pieces they were once famous for seem to be off the rack. For someone who travels and knows her sarees and sources them right from where they have been created, I liked nothing at all. The sales team was apathetic, lacking both knowledge and warmth.

Really disappointed and far from our expectations.... not much stock and reluctant sales person... price obviously on the higher side which people are ready to pay but.......

My wife does quickest selection at this shop for exclusive sarees and therefore deserves the five star. What is possiblely not know is that they have a fabulous collection of bush shirts on pure cotton and I just love the fabric . Very comfortable wear in summer months.
