★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though i have a more then two account in icici different branch the service is really good but Mr uttam a employee of gariahat branch just to open a new current account his misguided me and now its being 3months he never responds properly.PLEASE DONT OPEN A ACCOUNT IN THIS BRANCH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019: There are 4 machines inside ATM and often you will find 3 or 2 working. ICICI Bank have been my favourite but I think it is high time that they open more ATMs and machines across Kolkata. At times I find it difficult to find one ATM having all machines in working condition.
2022: Condition of this branch deteriorated in the past 2 years. One of the main essence of ICICI Bank was the flexible branch operating time. It used to remain open 8am to 8pm. Then they changed to 6pm, then to 4pm and now it is as worst as the government bank time. Unless you are retired or taking leave from office, you cannot do banking work in weekdays. This particular branch security guard is adding worst service on top of the spoilt cake. Does not know how to talk to customers, does not allow to move in the branch during working hours. You need to give him a person's name to enter and meet. As if you would remember their employees name and as if they are great to retain their employees. Their staff leave now and then, how can a customer remember and recall all names at the bank entrance? I understand security needs to be strict, but not the way their security guard validates entry. ICICI BANK has lost its charm to be called as unique and exceptional service to customers. It has become a government bank providing digital services. I have reduced 4 stars to three.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic services. I have been an ICICI customer for 10 years now but this branch is incompetent to say the least. They will keep delaying asking you to get this document and that letter. Every day a new doc. If you are visiting please bring your entire pile of documents or they will just ask you to come tomorrow. Horrible branch!
