★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The staff behavior is really bad. I had to renew one FD and the problem I faced is really awful. The employees behave that nothing can happen in spite of any complaints. I would like to go and talk to the manager of Gariahat Branch and withdraw my FD amount. My SB A/c in this Bank is from my childhood. I was really shocked at the behavior via phone call. My parents also had their A/c here. My husband holds SB A/C with some deposits also.
