Service executives have more than 9 years of experience and have good knowledge about modern cycles. I have FROG MTB and the service provided was excellent.
They even share good handling techniques.

β β β β β One of the worst Service I received. I had called this guys for service of 2 bikes. 1 got repaired. For the other one, I asked them not to repair since the bike needs parts to be replaced. The service guy claims that he had removed brake-set and mudguard and kept it some where which is no where to be seen. Finally I am the looser. If I call and ask these guys where they kept the parts, they just pass the blame on us. I learnt the hard lesson, the bike repair shop next door is always reliable and trustworthy than some one else.

β β β β β Their service cost is too expensive and unreasonable! I called them up and enquired about Sr Suntour Xct fork service and they told the service cost will be around 2000rs for a suspension alone! Pathetic service cost. While others are changing upto 800rs max!So i dropped it. Suggestion: Please avoid this service centre.

β β β β β When it comes to the service of my cycles, I always believe that I am a good rider, but leave the service to people good at it. I have known Chirag for years and when I was recovering from ACL surgery and still young to get back to the road, I requested Chirag to service my Scott Aspect 910 MTB and Merida Scultura 5000 Full Carbon bike.
I cannot put it in different words: I never had such a effective service to my cycles before. He knew every aspect of issues I had with gears, chains, brake pad rubs etc etc and resolved everything during his service. I am normally too lazy to write reviews. But writing now, as people should know that Chirag is the guy with whom you can trust your expensive cycles with.
