β β β β β I purchased Hero cycle just 4 months before and every day I am facing lot of problems. I am totally upset with poor manufacturing quality of cycle. No proper support ,you can depute your person to check the cycle condition.
It is not recommend to purchase the cycle by anybody.Totally waste.?.The chain is breaking frequently,improper break, poor spare parts , the mud guard is bent and poor quality, please replace the product.
I recommend not to buy in this shop totally loss of money I repared a lot of times but the problem is coming frequently so friends please do not buy in this shop.????

β β β β β Presidency cycle have variety of cycles for kids to adults, staff members were very friendly and Mr Kamlesh was very helpful and friendly in buying the cycles. We brought 2 cycles and they were assembled professionally. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a cycle.

β β β β β Bought a new cycle but not even a week i am facing problems! Yesterday i tried calling the number given in bill but no one responded! Servicing is a big question mark! These local cycle shops don't know how to fix / repair the cycle. I would be glad if there would be servicing option!
Problem- Not even a week , i bought me cycle and the chain is repeated falling off!
