β β β β β Worst skin doctor (Dr. Sarmishta Ganguly). All she knows is how to be irritated all the time. A doctor is supposed to be friendly and listen to the patient. All she did was write down her prescription and didn't even bother explaining to me why I had the infection or what should be done now. She just prescribed the medicines. When I asked her about it, she irritably and in a loud voice replied that what she's saying is correct and if I want a treatment then do this or suffer with the problem. NOT AT ALL HOW A DOCTOR SHOULD BEHAVE.

β β β β β Excellent customer care and polite behaviour by the staff members, especially by the lady staff. They are very understanding and taken care of our urgency. I don't recommend usually any institutions or organizations just only because of my good experience. But I suggest and recommend this diagnostic centre to everyone. They are really helpful and a group of professionals.
