Booked a Test RTPCR from 1mg and the sample was dropped to them..
Its been more then 36hrs still not received Test reports..
At the same time other have given report within 24hrs..

β β β β β very bad experience , 2 times cancelled the scheduled appointment Dr. Prasenjit Ganguly (ENT) , visited for the third time and waited for an hour . Disrespect of patients time and effort.

β β β β β A great place for your health check up and diagnostics. They take almost care of patients and make them comfortable. Especially the one recently with Snigdha Sarkar Mam when I went there for COVID related tests. I would recommend everyone to reach out of them whenever they have some health checkup to be done.β€οΈ

Have had multiple positive experiences, especially the one recently with Sayani Ma'am, when I went there for COVID related tests. β β β β β Very very thirdclass behaviour. Receptionist give a a wrong information. They don't give proper report. They delay the report . They play with patient. They think Patient health is not big factor. They want money patient jao vaar me.. My mom FNAC reporting time on 24th but I got the report 26th.very poor service. They don't take any responsibility..
