All the employees are very rude they didn't know how to talk with customers.....
I know they have lot of pressure but if you stepped in this Medical field so you must have to know how to deal with Patients...

β β β β β Facilities are good, but the inner surface of the rooms are very dusty as Patient party has to remove their shoes outerside of the premises, but office staff are allowed to wear shoes in this premises. therefore other people like patient and their family members has to face this kind of dust. Office staffs are seamlessly roaming wearing shoes in one room to other room also. Everyone should have expected a clean dustfree center. administrations should have look into this.

β β β β β A very nice good place for treatment....they have high qualified & well trained doctors & lab technicians....nice atmosphere.... wheelchair easily accessible, parking facility available.....overall a very good diagnostic centre

β β β β β I wish there was negative rating available for these unprofessional rude people. Staff calls the patient to come and wait for the doctor but when the patient asks about the doctor's arrival time post 1.5 hours they simply ask to leave if we are in hurry as they cannot specify the arrival time of the doctor. Stop making fool of patients. Earlier when asked an appointment for a neurologist, an over smart receptionist gave an appointment of neuro psychiatrist wasting our 1hour. We regret trying to avail the services of your facility and ensure the same by our known.

β β β β β I wish this facility had polite and knowledgeable staff. Receptionist are kept only to talk something without knowing any facts. They even booked an appointment for a neuro psychiatric instead of neurologist last week. On the leaflet the arrival of the doctor is given as 4 pm still they keep on insisting as it is 4:30 pm. Either you spend some more money on quality people or some more money on upgrading your notice boards as it is misguiding the patients (public). Your staff is really good at arguing and humiliation of patients who asks for proper answers to their queries. Hope not to visit ever again to your facility.

Very well staff behaviour.
And above all am pleased with the service they provided to me. And if the centre is so much helpful to one patient, then I think it can served in a better way to everyone.

β β β β β Biswayan Diagnostic centre is very good place where all doctors are available every time..no doubt it is worked very gracefully but as a patient I told you something for the respected owner and whole management team that the procedure of appointment for the doctor through the line method by the people is very harmfull for all at this moment and emergency purpose also....if respected management team notice this topic very seriously and carefully we are very thankful...if you start the booking appointments by the phone call it's very helpful to all... thank you..
