β β β β β Very very bad diagnostic centre..No social distancing maintained..no discipline..no hand sanitizer..wrong date provided for billing time.. testing time mention 10 am but test 1:30 pm .. behavior very bad..

β β β β β If any of you have the habit or usually believe checking on reviews before you visit the place or I would rather say invest then this is the right place for comments. I was not here to do any test but just to see doctor. And all I observed here is that it's nothing more than a money making business as staffs are busy chatting amongst themselves and distributing reports and a rude behavior. They don't even care about sick people sitting here assassuring or telling people doctor would be here soon. If you go asking for the same you are like a Mr India to them that they can't see and hear you.
This message goes out to the management if you are reading this kindly start caring more about people rather than only money making business.

β β β β β A pocket friendly diagnostic center for the middle class. In terms of service, the center does a commendable job at low rates. It is the best in Howrah locality. The staff is cooperative. The people at the reception are poor in terms of documentation and customer handling and you might need to speak to the manager often for better service. They provide all types of tests and scans but not on all dates even for common tests like echo, USG, endoscopy, etc. One should call first to get the information before visiting them. The wait time is generally 30 minutes due to huge number of patients.

β β β β β Worst experience, rude behaviour. It's understandable that when you are going for any lab test they will make you wait but to take report why there is huge wait time? People don't have much free time.

β β β β β I am extremely disappointed with the service given from this diagnostic centre for the first time. I had to do quadruple marker test, and they offered me the home service to come and collect the blood sample @ βΉ3200/- which I did. After which I was told that I shall receive my reports in 5 days. I waited eagerly for the same. And when I went to collect it.. they said the reports have a discrepancy and I need to do a fresh USG to get accurate reports. Which I agreed and again went to their centre and got my USG and Quadruple marker test done. What I realised in that day is that my earlier reports were not faulty but it was their fault because they had mentioned a wrong LMP date in my previous USG reports. I still awaited patiently for my report for next 5 days and when I received them I was disappointed to see they had again written wrong LMP date on the report. They had actually mixed all the reports. Canβt believe such negligence coming out from such age old diagnostic centres. Worst experience!!!! After years!!!!
