Availability of varieties n stocks can/need to be improved. If you are looking for particular product then you might not get here...
Check expiry date before purchasing as goods are not moving quick in this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Terrible customer service. I had ordered few items and in that only three items were delivered by the delivery guys, they told refund will be given in an hours time. When i check the app it told order was delivered at 11.36AM but actually i had got the order at 10.20AM, with 5 items missing worth 560rs. when i called the customer care the told i will be updated by end of the day but it didn't happen. Today i tried chatting with an Support Chat Guy Named NIRANJAN R C. he just typed hi and never bothered to reply me back and after 20 Minutes he says he is closing the chat since he didnt hear from me.

Big basket daily Executive said 6 free deliveries because TATA group is bought the Big Basket daily. But 1st delivery is free and later amount is deducting the from big basket daily account. I have given the complaint to customer care. Later they are saying 6th delivery is free. Executive no is switched off. Still, there is no response after 10 follow-ups. Don’t believe these guys.
