This is the worst SBI branch I have seen where employees aren't only rude but ill-efficient on their job also. If you complain for mis-management then they start arguing with stupid excuses

I have always had mixed experiences with SBI. Sometimes good, sometimes not so much, but never bad. Today however was very different when we, my wife and I visited the SBI BELATHUR branch. I wanted to know more about their investment policies so visited the particular branch. First things first, when i entered, the branch was almost empty with less to no people at around 12:45 PM. I saw two ladies sitting, well, one had her head down on the desk and the other lady explaining something to a gentleman. I asked them if they can direct me to the person who handles Mutual Funds/Investments. It took them some time to understand the term "Mutual Fund". After some recollection, they gave me a number of an agent/employee and asked me to contact her. That person was not in the bank at that time, they said. They also told me to speak to their manager Ms ALIYA KHATOON, take her permission and then speak with that person(agent/employee). I thanked them and went towards the Manager's cabin. As I knocked on her door I noticed that she was on a call on her mobile phone and there are two empty seats on the other side of her desk. I was thinking that i will wait until her call was over when she looked at me and gestured with her index finger to wait outside the door. Remember, I just knocked on the door, didn't even push it. Did I mention the two empty chairs? Let me add that no other customer was there in her cabin at that time. The gesture felt more like "Stand out until asked to come in. Don't you see, I am on a call on my Mobile Phone?". Given my experience with SBI, i kept standing OUTSIDE THE MANAGER'S DOOR for the next 10 MINUTES. During that time, she not even once looked at us and kept giggling and talking on her phone. Perhaps, a long lost friend had called or she did not like our faces. We finally gave up after the embarrassment and left. BY FAR THE RUDEST SBI MANAGER, MS ALIYA KHATOON. By far. And here I had the audacity to think that they would be humble to their customers. Now I am wondering if being rude is a part of their training curriculum!! Let me know SBI or Ms Aliya Khatoon. Regards, Never your customer again.

One of the worst SBI branch i have seen, staff here behave like as if they are working for free of cost, they don't have minimum common sense how to interact with senior citizens. Staffs are too arrogant towards customers. Finally i cancelled my mother's account here, and opned a account in HDFC bank, SBI staffs to be sent to HDFC Bank for training... I should be blaming government for appointing such staffs... They should be sent for soft skill training. Irresponsible staffs...

Sbi kadugodi branch manager is least bothered about any issues. I was out of station and had an urgent issue to be taken care. It was a holiday, i called her and informed about the issue. She acknowledged and informed that she will take care the next day as today is bank holiday. I was fine until now. Later, when I called the next day this lady did not received my call. After calling multiple times now she started disconnecting the call. I also have messaged her personally that it is an urgent issue but she was least bothered. Finally she messaged one email ID and asked to mail on that. I had emailed and strange to know that the email ID she provided was also incorrect. Overall 0 rating for the branch manager. I hope she gets replaced. Did not face any issue with the staff's as of now.
