★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service to people who aren't familiar with the bank procedures (like me). Not sure why the company i work in has chosen the branch. Specially the one sitting next to deputy manager is useless. Would recommend everyone to please change the branch in case you get this branch. Because they've failed on the very aspect that is very much concerned to any customer visiting the bank, which is customer satisfaction.
ICICI Bank is good
But this branch specially is worthless including the employees and the manager working there.
Hope I never experience what I went through ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behaviour from the staff I went to deposit amount generally I will do it in the deposit machine only but unfortunately due to I want to deposit huge amount I thought to deposit directly with deposit slip due to invthe machine it will keep on giving the amount back so went for old process they said they won't take cash deposit until unless it is emergency I don't know what it mean any bank if customers come for deposit they will go for it only this bank in this branch felt like some time of comedy like people don't know how to behave with customers

Didn't expect this from this branch who do not respond properly to account holder.
Closing the service @ 3:00 PM, isn't it till 4:30 PM?
Unfortunately reached the branch @ 3:01 PM and the cashier response was very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to open Stand lone Demat account , the deputy branch manager simply refused that there is no such thing , they will only open 3 in 1 open account and stated that she has over 10 years of exp .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server is mostly down, the auto dialer is limited in options, time consuming and is not of use for emergencies. Better to close your account with ICICI bank and open an account with HDFC bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the ICICI ITPL branch on 29th April 2022. Before I visited the branch, I had checked the reviews online and was quite skeptical as I went to make a payment for a government challan. I had imagined a long wait time and lack of timely support(I was in need of urgent service as I had to reach the sub-registrar office the same day). I went in early at 10 AM(that must have definitely helped) and was immediately attended to by the Dy. Branch Manager, Mr. Siddeshi(posting the name with his permission). In less than 30 minutes, my request was attended to and all my doubts patiently clarified. I also recollect another customer who came in concerned about an issue and Mr. Siddeshi had immediately attended to her as well clarifying how it could be resolved. Based on that experience, I would like to believe the services at this branch may have improved with such empathetic bank staff providing personalised services to the customers. I hope all the staff models such behaviour and banking should be a pleasurable experience.
