Parking: Ample parking for 2 wheeler as wheelers as 4 wheelers.
Facilities: Considering the amount of footfalls, the facilities for the customers are ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 because there is nothing less than this. If one claims to have patience, they probably should visit this place. No token systen, no responsibility, wait for an eternity for your turn. The attitude seems to be we are leading bank, customers who come to us have to wait and we are doing a favour by giving loan. Have a not met a single person who was courteous. Taken appointment but yet made to wait for two days. If some other is bank is giving loan interest close to this, go for that bank even if its little higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever come here for home loans, be prepared to be taken for a ride and have all of your time wasted. Absolute unfriendly policies and arrogant staff. They do absolutely nothing and make you do all the work even when you are the one paying them money and interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Wait, we will call you when we are free" is the standard phrase used by all privileged people behind the counters here while sipping chai and snacking on samosa served to them while customers wait helplessly. If you are not prepared to wait, why you came now, go and come back when you can wait. If you did not wait for at least 4 hours, it is not your turn yet..and we cannot tell you how long more you have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to give zero star as without intimating customer they increased loan tenure. For new customers they are giving 5 base point lesser than existing customer. There main focus is on new customer. Also, they force customer to take Term loan stating its compulsory. But other banks don’t do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why 4 stars? ... hmmm..There was one Maintenance Manager, Geeta, who really cares, else it will be definitely 1 or 2 stars. The entire office is slower than some of the government office. the casual and temporary workers rule the office. You are at their mercy. Initially, I thought the slowness is because of the work load. But that was not the case, they keep talking about something and it takes for ever. I casually spoke to some other customers and their cases worse than mine.. so no complaints.. ha ha...look at some of my pics, not much crowd.. so the slowness is unacceptable.
But I definitely acknowledge the good work of Ms. Geetha, she moves the work literally getting into the cabin... Great Job madam.
