★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to deposit fees for an exam through challan. The token system was really good. Bank was not overcrowded and gave a fair chance and wait time for everyone. All the desks has people working. Even during lunch time, they adjust the timings so that out of 4 counters, 2 of them are functional throughout the bank opening timings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly discourteous staff. All employees were female, so one expects good behavior but those third class ladies and were down market and definitely not having good family backgrounds. They don't know how to talk to customer, being extraordinarily rude for simple query and help. I will never go there again. Branch manager was missing when I thought of raising my concern to him. I don't know how this bank is surviving. Thumbs down for this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited branch today to update address and some other work. Thankful to Asst. Manager, who really helped with my all queries. He also attended 5-6 other customers in between. Really shows his dedication to serve the customer. Remember you won't get good Jio signal inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I have very bad experience in sbi itpl complex branch; all employees and including manager r not helpful they dnt know how to serve the customer, they passing their duty timings only. Goverment should take actions against all employees and should be trained them how to serve all customer.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and each staff is a bully. Any self respecting person will never bank with SBI. It was a mistake banking here, took my home loan from here the part disbursement did not happen on time for which the builder charged a hefty penalty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were many things to be done at the SBI, like updating passbook, getting new pass book, new ATM pin etc. It was not happening initially at the kiosk outside. I was about to leave frustrated, but stepped into the bank anyways. And I was plesantly surprised. The personnel at counter 2,3,4 were extremely helpful.
Even though the passbook branch was different, when I expressed that I need it in 1-2 days and cannot travel to AP for the same.. they helped in doing it in next 10 mins.
The purpose of my visit for multiple activities, was completed successfully.
