★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Got an appointment at 11:00 AM and reached well ahead. Waited 2.5 hours and still not completed loan disbursement. Exectuive was too lazy , he took half an hour to take a copy. He was just talking on phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper response from the Officials concerned. Last two years, I have been trying to get the original documents after closure of the Loan. Particularly, the phone number of Marathahalli Branch-Bangalore , is either engaged often or no response. Out side customers like me are taken for a ride and irritating- the entire system after sanction of loan is not at all user friendly- but they never fail to charge abnormal fee for late remittance.

Thanks to the manager - Mikhil Naik who provided an in-depth information of the home loan details, how the loan journey would be etc and patiently addressed all my queries. All the process related activities were done at my doorstep. Overall I visited the branch only once for my signature. For which I had the comfort to visit a much nearer branch (not Marathahalli). During my visit the coordination between the home branch and the other were commendable and attend to me on priority.
Loan rates are also competitive. The service offered and the responsiveness is definitely worth choosing HDFC. Having a hassle free experience since the last 1 year.
To add another example, My CIBIL score was low due to past issues. As it started recovering, Mikhil kept a close tab on the score to ensure my loan rates go down over time and henceforth I'm the best rate now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took home loan and even top-up loan from this branch. I have seen customer service to utmost as they don't even bother to take lunch on time when customer is there. Finally the executive got free at 4pm to took his lunch. When I went there for topup loan, they even helped me by offering reduced interest rate for main loan and that too at lesser price what was offered by Homeloan customer care people.
Even while closing the loan, Mikhil helped a lot by getting it done so smoothly. Good part is he is even available to help on call and incase he is busy and couldn't attend the call, then will respond through message.
