5 counters, only 1 was doing transactional work.
Token based service, no need to stand in a queue.
Deposits only via debit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute pathetic service. People sitting here don't know their job. They just talk and give excuses. Its 7 weeks now but they still have not done one simple task that they have taken up. Finally they blame it on the system saying we have updated but it is not reflecting. Planing to move out from this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost Service by the Faculty. Why do you keep the Working members in the bank those who don't know to speak Kannada also. Went to Open the New account with all the information filled in the app for Aadhar verification and they are giving the lame reasons saying Verification is not working, Come before 3pm. Not even one percent enthusiastic to do a Work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Date: 5th January 2018, I went to this bank in munnekolala, bangalore branch.
Branch Manager needs behavioral training on how to talk to customers.
I went to ask him for the procedures and account service related query, he was very rude and pathetic. He told me since i am from different state, i must open my SBI account in my hometown, not from his branch.
Are SBI branch managers owner of the bank? He strongly insisted me i must tell my employer to consider any other private bank for account opening not this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good manager, who helped me for transfer money to foreign bank when one of the staff refused to transfer and told me to go to different bank. During this lockdown period it was difficult for me to go to different bank I approached him, he by himself did all transaction process including my paper work hat's off to him
