★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very bad service, simply one cheque withdraw waiting for 1:30min, if customer is there I will be wait 1 or 5 hour, no one customer,,,, or else check with CCTV, I am waiting for 1:30min chequ withdraw,,,,this is not one time ,,,, I am visiting this bank almost 5 to 7 time's, same issue, please compare to other bank how is it service,,,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for some great place where you find lot of space and good aromatic coffee, this is the right place. Spread across two floors and have huge space, although now they not using the top floor but in the future they coming with lounge. Ambiance is awesome and have huge space to sit. They have merchandises products also. Although we went for breakfast but unfortunately there was nothing from the breakfast menu on that day.
Had a great morning there with grilled spicy chicken sandwich with latte. Would definitely like to visit this place again for lunch or dinner.
PS - generally they don't have anything in the breakfast other than sandwich and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking facility for customers provided in case one needs to bring a 4 wheeler. Vehicle can get towed away. There is no proper ramp available for entering the bank either. Absolutely worst location/entrance design that is being chosen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience for us with this bank. We went to this bank to open a 5 years FD. The staff here are not having complete knowledge on current interest rates and process to open 5 years FD. They told manager went for lunch and asked us to wait for him for more details. We waited for around 1hr and asked them again. Finally they said manager is not coming today. Imagine my situation on that day. We can see 4 to 5 bank staff in this bank. We don't find the customers more than these employees here in bank. With this experience I lost my interest to visit this bank. This is just our experience on that day and sharing here.
