★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is a covid test centre and they are not taking proper measure to control and ensure patients are checked properly and routed sperately. Though the suport staff is helpful, a few of nurse are careless also too much crowd and not managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They write 24/7 but no ultrasound service available after 8 o clock. Doctors also come very late. Everything depends upon doctor’s availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3* not to downgrade the scanning related, but for the front desk person response as they delivered wrong report and not even bothered to listen when I was giving feedback on customer handling and impression :).
It is too early for me to decide in giving good rating as my first experience is bad and very basic scanning done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best part of this Diagnostic Centre is Doctor Mr. Thilak Babu, he is so professional and cooperative and explained minor to minor details about NT Scan and it was really out of the world experience to see our tiny baby dancing in front of our eyes,
The reason of giving 4 star is lack of management and cleanness. Had waited for 2.5 hours for our turn, apart from that everything was nice
