★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hostel and I stayed in this hostel for 3days along with my cousin. They are maintaining clean rooms and floors, mineral water, free Wi-Fi, hot water, hygienic food and pleasant environment like our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this hostel for the first time after lockdown, they are maintaining 100% clean rooms, toilets, good food both for South Indian and north indian food available for who are staying there. They sanitized regularly in this pandemic situation. I recommend strongly this hostel who are staying away from home ? to feel like their home ?

Well maintained, Good hygiene and awesome utilities. One of the best PG's around. Quite high cost but it's worth it.
The owners are good and can negotiate with them too. I am staying here since 6months now.
I would recommend this PG :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me give a clear picture from a North Indian point of view. After living here for 3 months this is what I feel about the place:
Pros:
1. It is newly constructed. Therefore everything is in top notch condition.
2. Building owner is nice and polite.
3. It is near to some companies. So if you working in any of those then it will be very time and money saving for you.
4. There are no/very less restrictions.
5. As there are very less residents, we get to use common amenities like wifi, washing machine, lift etc more freely.
Cons:
1. Food is not good at all especially for North Indians.
2. There is only one General store in the area. Main market area is more than 1km away which you will have to walk, no other option.
3. There is constant construction going on during the day. The loud noises might not let you work from your room or let you sleep during the day.
4. There are frequent electricity cuts and there is always a delay in getting power backup. So, all the lights, plugs and wifi would suddenly switch off. This is really irritating when you are on an important office call.
5. The road is not constructed. When it rains, it gets all muddy and may spoil your shoes and clothes.
6. No security guard at the gate.
