★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its such a worse experience we are having with the big basket the disgusting, shity and theif company i should call rather. They promise you to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables by making such a respectable celebrity doing their ads and making promises to the people who are putting their trust in them. But it's 'll take and lie, they r making fool of us. They just want our money and then after taking the payment what they deliver is u rotten mangoes and bananas for which v r paying heavy amount. . And this is not the first time it has happened..it is happening regular and after making several complains and calling them up..what they do is just say sorry and make u false promises to escalate the matter and not to repeat the same. But they do the same again. They are such a shity and disgusting company . They are theif.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered rohu fish n got first call from bigbasket of not availability then asked to be given Catla...ok then again go a call after few min and said Catla not available too... with wat source how u replaced????
Again got a call at 3pm the deadline of delivery n told will deliver in next 30min after not getting I called customer care n asked at 4:13pm n he unable to resolve and said unable to reach delivery person... then after that I got a call at 4:40 saying will diligent in 1hr... m I a joke???..... I waited it to make my curry of my desired if the day and bigbasket spoiled my mood my day everything... it's the last time I m not gonna use such stupid services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why dont you pack the items in one carry bag or cotton box ?? i made an order to the office address & executive came with the tray with the products, In spite of informing to the customer support who called me- I asked him whether they provide carry bag or not ! Its bit akward to collect the items- when you take it at office address !! will never ever book from you guys ...secondly Why dont you carry sodexo swipe machine, I was told to pay through the URL which was sent to my number, it took much time to open & finally i made a cash payment- This made me still more angry.
Shopping in big basket made me upset !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doesn't accept order, even if it does, doesn't deliver the products. forget ur money if you have recharged ur wallet. more to that, customer care doesn't bother to respond the calls. Big basket customer care also doesn't help us saying "its big basket support not bbdaily support"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big basket daily app is an instrument to rob people. Since it works on prepaid basis, items delivered or not, company is conveniently deducting money on daily basis. Their “pause” function is an eye wash to loot people. The customer care is much worst than others. Even if you inform any incident or wrong deductions, they will simply inform you that they have noted but you will never get your money back. To top it all, the app is designed in such a way, when you are typing for feedback, you don’t get to see what you are typing. I hv attached screen shots for above as evidence. We were out of town in August for a week and had paused deliveries, despite that money was deducted and since then no refund. This is only one of the incidences. Their delivery boys will keep milk packet wherever they wish, sometimes we hv received torn packets?.When you communicate over chat with them, they will make you wait so long that you will give up. So people, please keep an eye on your wallets for deductions. ?
